CLAIMS AND RETURNS
1. SUPPLEMENTS AND HORSE CARE PRODUCTS: It is up to the customer to verify the products upon receipt and expose all the claims that may be justified at the time of receipt of the delivery if at the time of receiving the order it is observed that the packaging is damaged or there may be a product in bad condition. Once the merchandise is received, the customer must ensure, in the first 24 hours, to check the status of the products and report the incident to Sport & Horse within the same period.
If you see later that a product has arrived in bad condition, notify us immediately and take photos of the condition of the product to be able to claim the transport.
RETURNS You have 7 business days to notify us of your desire to return your order from the moment it is received. To do this, the products must be presented in perfect condition, unsealed and unused. The direct costs of the return will be borne by the buyer (Shipping and return costs).
You may return all or part of your order, if upon receipt by the transport company you find it damaged in any way or if you have mistakenly received a product other than what was requested. To do this, you must notify Sport & Horse in the first 24 hours after receiving the order through the e-mail email@example.com, indicating:
• Order number or full name and date of the order. • Products to be returned. • Collection address. • Contact telephone number.
You can return your order, if it is not in adequate conditions for use. To do this, you must notify us in the first 24 hours after receipt, and send it to us within the first 7 calendar days by certified delivery, the costs of which will be your responsibility until it is verified by the responsible laboratory that the conditions of the product are not adequate. Otherwise, the return is not accepted. No return will be made that has not been previously communicated in writing. The right of withdrawal may not be applied to personalized products or that for hygiene reasons or other legally contemplated exceptions are not susceptible to this right.
2. OLIMPIA PRODUCTS: If for any reason you want to make a return or exchange of any of the purchased products, you have 15 days to make the return from the moment of receipt. Returns will not be accepted outside this period. All returns or exchanges must be communicated before in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating: - Name and surname - product / s to be returned - order number
IMPORTANT: All products that must be returned must have the label on and must be in the same condition as they were sent, unused! Otherwise, the return will not be accepted. How do I make the return?

Return shipment: The refund will be made once Sport & Horse has received the returned product or products and has verified that it complies with all the return rules.
Who bears the cost of the return? The Sport & Horse shop will bear the return shipping costs in case that the product you received is damaged, with a defect or it's a wrong product. In all other cases, the customer bears the return costs
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped the same day by transport.
Peninsula (Spain): These shipments are usually delivered in 24-48 hours. Balearic Islands and Portugal: Shipments to the Balearic Islands and Portugal have a transit time of between 24h and 72h.
Canary Islands: Consult shipping conditions for the Canary Islands.
International: Transit time to consult. In all cases, the postage is calculated based on the weight and volume of the order and will be determined at the time of acceptance of the order. In the event that we do not have a product in stock, we will notify you by phone or e-mail of the approximate delivery time.
If at the time of receiving the order it is observed that the packaging is damaged or there may be a product in bad condition, the carrier must be notified and indicated on the delivery note.
